Who He Is

The whole Bible has been written about this Man, Who is our everything. Everything that you want or need is found in this Man: Jesus Christ.

  • The Image of God

    The Scripture tells us, “God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by His Son ”who is “the express image of His person” Jesus Christ is God of very God. Everything God is, Jesus is the visible representation of. Jesus is all that you could never get your mind around, never get your hands around. This One who could never be contained in a billion millennia has been, and is, expressed in Christ.

  • He is Preeminent

    Christ surpasses all others in rank, excellence, goodness, and power. Christ is the supreme Sovereign over all of creation! Everything visible and invisible has been made by Him and through Him. He belongs to both realms, and rules over both as supreme. Jesus is totally God.

  • He is Our Everything

    We must know the One who is everything we will ever need. When God gave us Jesus, He gave us everything He had to give. In Him we have everything we need. For us, there is nothing we should want beyond Christ. We must let go of our nothingness to receive His everything. We are now sharers in God, and we have communion with God, common-union with God.

Jesus Christ is the Source of every blessing,

the Solution to every problem,

the Supply of every need,

and the Answer to every question.

What He has Done

God has put a Man inside us who has conquered everything that needs to be conquered. If we actually lay hold of this Man, we become sufficient for whatever is before us.

  • In His Life

    Jesus lived dependent upon His Father. He lived a crucified life every day, living for the will of His Father. He only wanted to know one thing: what does God want? In doing so, He pleased the Father in everything.

    Thus, He conquered the enemy and brought to light Eternal Salvation.

  • In His Death

    We were all under the sentence of death because the Scripture says, the soul that sins shall die. That was the edict. Jesus came and lived a life we were unable to live, and died a death we deserved. Because of His sinless life, He was the Perfect Atonement.

  • In His Resurrection

    When Jesus got up from death, He became a life-giving Spirit, and He now lives in the Believer. He is the life of the Believer (Colossians 3:4). If we actually lay hold of this Man, we become sufficient in everything before us.

    The beauty of the resurrection is incomparable.
