  • Guides the congregation in worship through song, while blending with the other vocalists, and should model a heart for worship and inspire others to connect with God.

  • Uses their instruments and talents to create a space for authentic worship and help facilitate an encounter with God through music.

  • Works with the worship team to create the optimal worship experience for the congregation. Through the use of sound equipment, the live sound tech supports the team and enables an atmosphere for meeting with the Lord.

  • Manages lyrics, scriptures, and visuals on the screens to support worship and help the congregation follow along easily.

  • Designs and operates lighting to create the right atmosphere for worship and events.

  • Helps make worship and messages accessible by interpreting for non-English speakers in real time.

  • Provides live sign language interpretation to ensure the deaf community can fully engage in worship and church activities.
